Roles & Responsibilities:
ONLY MALE CANDIDATES FROM WESTERN SUBURB CAN APPLY.
Responsible for end to end payroll process i.e. from collecting / upload attendance data till the disbursement of salary in the bank account.
Giving salary input to HR Mantra/SAP/Any other oracle based software, auditing of the data.
Attendance, Leave management, OD and Loan advance payment.
Take care of the statutory matters related to payroll like income-tax, PF, PT, Gratuity, and E.S.I.C etc. independently.
Designed & implemented employees salary processing scheme for all the employees, Salary processing and ensuring timely, payment of salaries.
Handling queries from all the Associates regarding Salaries, PF & ESIC, follow-up etc.
Handling HR portal Leave,Attendance,Payroll
Medical claim process, report update, coordination with Insurance vendor, month to month reports, grievance handling and update.
Co-ordination with third party consultants regarding queries of employees.
Monitoring the organization's salary structure and benefits provision
Annual Dues & disbursement of bonus, leave encashment
Monthly calculation of Site Allowance / Site reward & advising the accounts team for disbursement
Incentive / PLP calculation and timely distribution.
Salary:INR 2,00,000 - 3,25,000 P.A.
