The individual is responsible for the global management of IT security operations. That involves the management of all aspects of our 24x7 security operations, i.e. daily oversight and management of all SOC functions.


In this role he/she:

सीमापार से आर्म्स और ड्रग ड्रॉपिंग में बढ़ सकता है ड्रोन का यूज



पाकिस्तानी स्मगलर और आतंकवादी सुरक्षा एजेंसियों की नजरों में आए बिना हथियार और नशीले पदार्थ भारतीय सीमा में गिराने के लिए ड्रोनऔर पैराग्लाइडर्स का इस्तेमाल कर सकते हैं। ये बातें एक खुफिया रिपोर्ट में कही गई हैं, जिसे एक मल्टी एजेंसी ग्रुप ने तैयार किया है। एजेंसी ने सरकार को यह रिपोर्ट सौंप दी है। भविष्य में सीमा पार से हथियारों और नशीले पदार्थों की भारत में तस्करी के क्या ट्रेंड हो सकते हैं, इस पर इसमें ध्यान दिया गया है। 

रिपोर्ट में पंजाब में आतंकवादी गतिविधियां फिर से शुरू होने की कोशिशों पर चिंता जताई गई है। केंद्र सरकार के बनाए इस समूह में आर्मी, बीएसएफ और पंजाब पुलिस के अलावा दूसरी एजेंसियों के अधिकारी शामिल थे। अपनी एजेंसियों का प्रतिनिधित्व करने वाले सीनियर अफसरों ने रिपोर्ट में लिखा है कि कैसे ड्रोन और पैराग्लाइडर्स का इस्तेमाल भारत में सीमा पार से हथियार और ड्रग्स गिराने और उन्हें जीपीएस की मदद से ढूंढने में हो सकता है। अंतरराष्ट्रीय सीमा की सुरक्षा में इन बातों का खास ध्यान रखने का सुझाव दिया गया है।' 

बीएसएफ जवानों ने ड्रोन दिखने के 40 मामले दर्ज किए हैं। इनमें 36 तो सिर्फ अमृतसर के हैं। पंजाब में आतंकवादियों की घुसपैठ का जिक्र भी इसमें किया गया है। रिपोर्ट में बताया गया है कि इसके लिए सिख और कश्मीर के आतंकवादी सहयोग कर रहे हैं। सीनियर वकील और असिस्टेंट सॉलिसीटर जनरल चेतन मित्तल ने बताया, 'केंद्र सरकार की इस अभूतपूर्व पहल पर अलग-अलग एजेंसियों के बीच सूचनाओं के आदान प्रदान होने से नशीले पदार्थों की तस्करी और आतंकवादी गतिविधियों से निपटने में बहुत मदद मिलेगी।' 

रिपोर्ट में यह भी लिखा है कि सीमावर्ती इलाकों में अफसरों को फंसाकर उनके जरिए स्मगलिंग कराने के लिए कुछ महिलाओं को ट्रेनिंग दी जा रही है। रिपोर्ट के मुताबिक, 'दोनों तरफ से गतिविधियां तेज होने पर स्मगलर अपना काम निकालने के लिए बीएसएफ रेंजर्स को फंसा सकते हैं या उनसे गठजोड़ कर सकते हैं।' ग्रुप के सामने एक ऐसा मामला लाया था, जिसमें बीएसएफ के एक अफसर ने देश-विरोधी ताकतों से हाथ मिला लिया था। मामला आईजी बॉर्डर रेंज की तरफ से जुलाई में बीएसएफ के संज्ञान में लाया गया था। इसके बाद बीएसएफ के उस अधिकारी को दो दिन के भीतर बर्खास्त कर दिया गया। 

रिपोर्ट के मुताबिक, बीएसएफ ने बताया है कि नशीली दवाओं के तस्कर और आतंकवादी आपस में बातचीत करने के लिए फेसबुक, वॉट्सऐप, स्काइप, IMO मैसेंजर जैसे सोशल मीडिया का इस्तेमाल करते पाए गए हैं जो सुरक्षा बलों के लिए बड़ी चुनौती पैदा कर रहा है।
